「Hardware is excellent—modern rooms, solid amenities, comfortable beds, and a decent view. Everything physical works well. Software is a disaster. Check-in took a full hour with zero efficiency or communication. Staff randomly knock on your door at odd hours to wake you up and ban hanging clothes on the balcony. They also slap you with completely wrongful extra charges using flimsy excuses—baseless fees invented out of thin air. This place feels nothing like a proper hotel. If you speak English,...

「NUNCA SIRVIO EL TELEVISOR, TERRIBLE EL DASAYUNO」

Recomendo」

「Excelente quarto!!!」

「Exceeded expectations! Great location, within 1 block of 2 malls. Great restaurant downstairs thats open until 3am. Breakfast included is a huge bonus with a great selection. Will definitely stay again.」

「Great location close to Paulista Avenue!」

「It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!」

「Like: self laundry and parking service available Easy checking process, no key access to apt, Dislike: towels charge; no trash collect」

「Nice new place.」

「The property is in a very good location thats close to everything and its nice and clean. This part of town is kinda busy and not so much on the quiet side but it was still a very nice and new space. I would stay here again because the prices are very reasonable.」
