「Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta」

「I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

「There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a living area and a pull out sofa bed. The room was pretty spacious however pretty outdated. No blackout curtains in the area where sofa bed is located so impossible to sleep when the sun is out. Our pillows were horrible and bed was not comfortable at all. Overall, our room was not as comfortable as we would have wanted so we left pretty restless without getting much sleep. Staff was friendly and accommodating.」
