The location of the property is good. Shopping Malls n plenty of restaurants nearby. The lift n corridor to the apartment is stuffy n smells.

價格可以，但設施殘舊 (升降機大堂焗促悶熱，有4部升降機壞了2部，每次等升降機要等5-10分鐘)，房間衛生稍差 (有頭髮、曱甴)。
