Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough. I would definitely return.

Wise choice value worth hotel
Hilton was always impressed me. Nice hotel quite near to Baiyun airport (20mins by cab) and not far from town. Very comfortable spacious room with big king size bed. If can provide thicker pillow choice will be lovely. ( I have requested but still thin pillow to me)

Everything was perfect except the internet wifi. Wifi was poor and for an international business man like me, it is a tool i needed.

I love the layout, the cleanliness, the friendly staff. The room was beautiful. I was slightly disappointed by the shower, as the shower head was loose and not working as well.

Very bad experience I checked in late ... early in the morning the hotel allowed over 30 individuals on the 8th floor hallway for an apparent wedding ceremony.. it was a disaster with the noise they were making

It was unbelievable that absence of shampoo / bathing soap would occur in a 5-star hotel. The use of the slow robot delivering these amenities further jeapordized its credits when no apology was made after all the careless mistakes and delay in delivery.

Very spacious Lobby, and spa centre, big swimming pool, nice Jacuzzi, The room service is a robot, it can deliver you whatever you need to the room by calling the lift, and calling your room in order to tell that he is on the door with your order.

The staff that attended to me during checkout was horrendous! She was not smiling the whole time, and I have to ask her to void the authorization credit slip in front of me after she said,“That’s it, you can go.” She thought she’s some immigration officer! Totally not service-oriented.

Average hotel experience.
The good: Safe, quiet, clean and family-friendly area. Decent sized room. Spacious bathroom with fairly strong water pressure. Swimming facilities are great e.g heated 25m pool and a hot tub. Supermarket and many restaurants can be found in a mall 5 minutes away. Metro station is 10-15 mins away by walking. The bad: Wifi connection and speed is not something to write home about. Mattress is a bit too soft for my liking. Didn't make me feel I was staying in a globally reputable hotel chain.
