Regular, no colocan agua embotellada suficiente, jabón de tocador, ni porciones de shampoo, el papel sanitario barato,. Sería genial que hubiera cafetera y frigobar dentro de la habitación, y el servicio de TV 📺 con suficiente Canales y no sólo 4 canales que otorga el estado de Guanajuato.

No dan lo que ofrecen en absoluto, las fotografías son muy engañosas, dan a entender que los balcones son hacia la Alhóndiga y son hacia la calle, no hay nada que ver. La terraza es en realidad una azotea y está completamente descuidada. Los baños son inutilizables.

Las instalaciones son muy limpias y la Ubicación es perfecta , las habitaciones son muy limpias , nunca conocí ala persona encargada de limpieza pero estoy seguro que son parte fundamental en el hotel , cuiden asu gente
