This is not a cookie cutter Hilton designed for the masses of Rich American. This is a quaint personal and Charming small motel. If you are arriving after business hours, check in with them ahead of time. What's app is the most reliable way to do this as telephone connections are sometimes not reliable.

I arrived after the reception desk was closed. The directions I received via What's App on how to access the key to my room were very clear, including a video. At 7:30 pm, when I arrived, there was singing and music from the street outside my window. There was hot water in the morning for tea. No refrigerator in the room, but I could put milk outside on the window ledge at night. There aren't a ton of amenities, but the place has charm. My room had only one lock, operated by an old-fashioned and quirky key (you wouldn't want to be stuck in the room in case of fire), but I enjoyed my stay and would go back, hoping I got a room with a window.

グアナファトで数少ない駐車場提携ホテル　歩いて9分の駐車場が 1日24Hで 250MXN。 隣接のカフェが夜10時まで空いており、夜10時までは、問題なく入れるが、それより遅くなる時は、What'sAppでオーナーと連絡を取り、 ドアロックの暗証番号をチェックイン時に問い合わせること。 チェックイン時に掃除の方しか居なかったが、What'sAppでやり取りする事で、駐車場の場所も教えて貰えた。 英語可。

Bien en general de nada sirve que la app nos dé la opción de pagar en el establecimiento ya que no es así, te cargan a la tarjeta que dejas en garantía en mi caso el cargo no pasó y me escribieron para decirme que quedaría sujeta a disponibilidad además que a la hora de mi llegada no habría nadie en recepción por lo que tenía que pagar antes. Al final les mandé otra tarjeta para que me hicieran el cargo y quedara confirmada mi estancia pero fue muy incómodo porque íbamos en carretera. El hotel en general está bien, buena atención de tener café/té y galletas disponibles Buena ubicación Revisar la limpieza ya que encontramos 2 cucarachas pequeñas por lo que debe de haber algún nido fue en la hab 5 Hacen un grupo de whatsapp de guest service que es muy bueno ya que te ayudan con dudas y te dan información de la ciudad

El hotel muy céntrico , pero sin nadie sin personal en el hotel, solamente llega la persona a dejarte las llaves y darte explicación como entrar el hotel y es todo. Aparte la habitación avía plaga de cucarachas y fuga de agua en el wc. Lo único bueno del hotel que está céntrico y que todo se puede ir caminando y regresar caminando al hotel.

Cuando fuimos a tocar nunca nos abrieron ni respondieron el celular mandaba a buzón. Cobraron cuando solo se Pone datos de la tarjeta para garantizar la habitación y después me hablaron que el recepcionista salió temprano y cerraron las Puertas. Me fui a otro hotel

La ubicación del hotel es buena y en el acceso tiene una cafetería muy agradable, la limpieza del hotel muy mala salieron dos cucarachas en el cuarto y tuvimos problemas para abrir la puerta principal en la noche no abría la llave y nos tuvieron que abrir por dentro, otro inconveniente es que no hay recepción todo el día
