In it's glory days I'm sure this was a terrific property. Sadly, it has deteriorated over the years and maintenance of the outdoor areas seems to have lapsed. The placita we were in was fairly new and updated. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu offered at the restaurant was quite limited, but again staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

We checked in after the sun went down so it was dark out. Lighting on the property is very bad. Dark everywhere. Wish there was more light to actually see where we were going. The hotel room itself is also dark. The restaurant was dark. Not a good experience for my dad who is partially blind. Staff is very helpful though, they were patient with our questions and gave directions.

Me parece genial el espacio de las albercas, aunque tuvimos algunos inconvenientes en el.cuarto, nos lo cambiaron y despues no nos hicieron el aseo de no ser porque les comentamos, todo lo demas estuvo bien .

The property was beautiful! The food in the restaurant was delicious. Great location, but confusing directions using Maps and Waze. We were only able to locate it by pulling over and asking a local.

Pésima experiencia, el agua del alberca sucia y súper fría, pésimo servicio de Restaurant, no había agua caliente para bañarse y en recepción nunca nos atendieron para ayudarnos con estos temas, al mostrar nuestra inconformidad al retirarnos fuimos ignorados.

No recomiendo

Primero me cambiaron habitaciones a las que reservé, eran dos dobles y me dieron una doble y otra super alejada, sola, abandonada. Me las cambiaron. La que nos toco mala limpieza un chicle en la cabecera de la cama, el lavabo tapado y muy sucio, camas super duras no muy limpias. Recepcionista mala atención al igual que su bellboy. Muy descuidado el lugar, lastima de bonitas areas verdes.

El hotel es muy amplio y las instalaciones son muy agradables para un fin de semana y poder realizar actividades al aire libre, solo hace que la variedad de alimentos en el restaurant sea mayor. Pero en general es un buen hotel y su gente es muy amable

Me encantó la hacienda, la cabaña donde nos hospedamos, la atención del personal estupendo. Lo único es que está un poco retirado del centro y que la alberca no estaba en servicio y no se informó de eso
