Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !

La srita. De la recepción súper amable y detallista con mi hijo, nos mostró instalaciones y nos llevó hasta nuestra habitación, el lugar es bastante acogedor pero sobre todo impecable en limpieza de entrada a salida. La alberca es pequeña pero climatizada y con un niño eso se agradece. La vista desde la terraza es insuperable. Único punto en desventaja fue el desayuno, no es rica la comida, sin embargo no opaca para nada la perfecta estancia que tuvimos! Lugar destacado sin duda para regresar más de una vez!

Amazing hotel, clean, modern with a hint of rustic feel. The rooms are very spacious. The rooftop bar had delicious drinks and amazing views. The staff was very attentative to our needs and were very helpful with any information we needed. The hotel is in a great location centered to everything in Guanajuato. I would absolutely recommend and come back to stay here.

El hotel es muy céntrico y eso está cómodo para moverse sin embargo si te toca alguna habitación enfrente de la alberca vas a escuchar mucho ruido de afuera. Te facilitan mucho las cosas, pongo 3 estrellas por que en mi caso solicité extender la estancia para que se acomodara mejor mi itinerario y entiendo que tenga costo, es normal pero me pidieron que el pago fuera en efectivo diciendo que tenían problemas de luz y eso se me hizo extraño, aparte de que solicité una plancha y no me dijeron que si o que no solo no la llevaron de no ser por eso la estancia fue excelente, muy cerca del callejón del beso.

We found a few cockroaches in the restroom and on the room floor. The restroom always had a sewer smell. No hot water to shower at night. Only in the morning. We had to ask staff for support in managing the air conditioner. They offered pickup from the airport at a cost, but we were not informed that we would access a van and then transfer to a personal. vehicle. The staff were very nice, lobby and hallways were nicely decorated and maintained. I enjoyed the walking proximity to the towns touristic areas.
