"I had a great experience at this hotel back when I was there towards the end of November 2025. The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. Thank you all "

"Nice touches such as leaving a fruit platter in the room when we were unable to have breakfast from early morning activities, cakes to celebrate our anniversary, and very friendly and happy staff. "

"Staff at Plantation Resort were excellent. We were very well looked after during our recent 3 night stay. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a beach front room. After check in, we headed out for lunch to one of the many restaurants. When we returned to the room, we had a basket of drinks to fill our fridge and baked goods from the onsite bakery. Room was clean and facilities were excellent. My only criticism is the time for the arrival of food and the small portion sizes for the price. At all the restaurants, it seemed to take a long time (40-60min each time) from ordering. By that point, we were starving and were served very small portions of each dish. We started ordering a side of rice or something extra once we realised this. The resort is very self contained with not much close by for tourists so you will likely no need to leave until check out. "

"We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We befriended and fed a little stray cat who was pregnant and hanging around the entrance area during our stay. We request that the hotel adopt and care for this sweet little cat and her kittens and get them all spayed and neutered after her litter comes. I’m sure that you could easily collect enough donations from the guests to support this and everyone would feel better knowing that this little girl was being taken care of. Thank you."

"I Always Love staying at Marco Polo , this is my 4 th stay and it is always good This time l went during the holidays and it was busy but still great The only problem was they shut down the kids pool and hot tub but that meant the adult pool is now full of kids"

"This is my third time staying at Waterfront Airport, and I’ve been very pleased all three times. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, and you simply can’t beat the location across from the Cebu airport. When I’ve travelled with carry one luggage only, it’s an easy walk from either terminal to the hotel. But the free shuttle service is very convenient when I’ve had lots of luggage. Service has always been good and fast - the last time I stayed here I was traveling with my toddler and housekeeping was very quick and fast to bring a crib and extra towel and water for her. Food and drink prices are expensive though so I’ve always just grabbed something at the airport across the street. "

"The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner. The concierge staff was equipt with the knowledge to take on any problem that you had. Well trained friendly . The students in all areas were well on their way to a very successful career. The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu .
