Don’t reserve this property!!

I didn’t check in. When I arrived at the property around 8:00pm, there is no signage. Just a single door with a number and a single light. There are no other lights on the street. When I rang the doorbell it took a few minutes for a woman to answer. I told her I had a reservation. She didn’t speak English and was confused. I showed her my confirmation from Hotels. She was still confused. She made a phone call and talked to someone for more than 10 minutes. Luckily the taxi driver waited for us because it was a sketchy neighborhood. After 15+ minutes, we left and went to a different hotel. I’m contacting Hotels.com for a full refund. Horrible experience.

No tenían mi reservación por lo que tuve que mandar la confirmación de Expedia y el comprobante de pago, después de esperar me mandaron las instrucciones para el acceso y salida del lugar siendo poco claras. La limpieza deja que desear, había chicles en las tazas y cabellos en el baño. No hay lugar para estacionarse. No hay tiendas alrededor.

La atención del personal fue grosera y siempre de mala manera. El lugar está muy bien y muy ubicado pero a nadie le gusta que le maltraten para poder entrar a dormir en un cuarto que ya pagó y al cual tiene derecho.

La habitación muy limpia y decoración moderna tipo industrial. Es importante aclarar que hay que marcar antes de llegar pues no es un hotel convencional con recepción, se manejan en base a claves de acceso de cerraduras electrónicas, pero la señorita encargada es sumamente amable y servicial, una vez con las claves es muy fácil entrar y salir.

Excelente ubicacion asi como instalaciones. Muy agradable el lugar, solo que no hay recepción. Todo es x llamada o mensaje. Lo malo es que no hay estacionamiento. Se tiene que dejar el carro en la calle

En general la habitación estuvo bien, sin ningin tema o inconveniente. Lo unico diferente es qje no tienen recepción y te proporcionan las claves de acceso por correo o via telefónica, en nuestro caso no tuvimos problema, pero para alguien puede ser un problema. Otro detalle a considerar es que la propiedad no cuenta con estacionamiento por lo que se queda en la calle, mismo caso que al anterior, nosotros no tuvimos problema pero si puede ser problema para alguien.

La habitación cuenta con lo básico para hospedarte en un viaje de negocios (servibar, TV, Wi-Fi, baño y regadera), y está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de Midtown Jalisco en una zona segura de la ciudad. Sin embargo, aunque se nos pide que conservemos limpia la habitación, no se tienen a la mano escobas o trapeadores para limpiar. No hay staff los domingos, así que tomen eso en cuenta cuando reserven, pero cuando están, son muy atentos.

Excelente pero una amable recomendación

Excelente. Solo que hay que limpiar los filtros del aire acondicionado por que se fuerzan mucho para hacer circular el aire y gastan mucha luz. Es muy fácil, se abre la tapa, los Halas con cuidado y se lavan bajo el lavabo. Es mi recomendación a los encargados.
