Wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very quite and located in an excellent area of town. The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly. Hotel was great. The staff were very professional and friendly at all times. Check in was fast and smooth. Room exceeded our expectations. We got a wine bottle at arrival and room had everything we needed, it even came with bath robes. Bed and pillows were comfy. There is plenty of great restaurants around that you can walk to. And there’s an Oxxo a block away in case you need some snacks. The area seemed very safe even at night. They have a nice pool on the rooftop with some lounge area to relax. We definitely recommend the restaurant close by “La Tequila” it’s phenomenal. Will be staying again on our next trip to Guadalajara.

Family trip to Guadalajara we rented two rooms staff at the front desk can be a little bit more friendlier. Valet guys we’re always very helpful with my wife and kids. Rooms are OK. TVs and electrical might need a little update. Great location lots of restaurants in the area..

Great Place to Stay

The hotel and staff are great. The restaurant and pool area a beautiful. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The location is perfect for getting around the city. It is near the Colonia Americana which has lots of places to eat, bars, galleries, and shopping. Our only complaint was that the electrical outlets seemed to stop working after we would plug in our phones. This was frustrating as we were trying to charge them before heading out.

I like the location. All right I have also stayed in the hotel across the street. Only thing is the room they gave me 103 was very nice. But at night next door there's like a bar that play really loud music. But it wasn't really that bad I was able to go to sleep. I will come back but I'll ask for another room and not next to the bar
