Estoy disgustada porque olvidé mi sombrero y avise horas más tarde de mi salida y pedí que me lo guardaran para el domingo 3 días después, porque volvería a hospedarme ese día, y cuando volví al hotel , me dijeron que no estaba en el lugar la persona que tenía la llave en donde lo tenían y que no podían dármelo , no entendí porque fue complicado entregarme algo que olvidé 😠

Everything was excellent, but the last night I was there,a couple was fighting, screaming and hitting the wall, I went to the lobby and told them what was happening to please do something and they never did because the couple was doing that all night

Property is old. We walked into our room and there was a dead cockroach on the floor, AC did not work. Called front desk and they never came to look. Had to go to the front desk and request a different room. Went to the new room and the AC also did not work. Third room, the AC worked but in the middle of the night we woke up and there was a cockroach climbing the side of the bed. Also there was a dead smashed cockroach on the wall. Our other members found a tarantula in their bathroom. Would definitely not stay here.

I believe the hotel needs to be upgraded, but overall the staff was great. What I liked about it is the hotel is located at a private neighborhood over the hill and you have the beautiful view of the city of Guadalajara.

Alot of the hotel was really good: price, cleanliness, on site restaurant and quiet. But the door to my room felt very flimsy, like a good gust of wind or a simple shoulder shove could knock it down, it's a secluded area so I wasn't too worried. The biggest annoyance was my room key not working 4 times, it was a quick fix but having to return to the front desk 4 times was very irritating.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my limited Spanish. I didn’t get to utilitize room service if your room isn’t in same building you either have pay cash or go get food. My room was very nice but super cold I called to ask for someone show me how turn on heat no one came but I figured it out. One thing to note the doors are wood and seems like they cut out portion to put metal lock that doesn’t seem that sturdy if someone wanted to get in. And with that being said around 11 at night someone was knocking on my door I couldn’t see out peep hole because it was foggy I called front desk reported it and didn’t happen again but it did frighten me a bit

This place is up on hill, with great views, in the middle of un upscale residential area, but next to a slum. Furniture is beaten down and outdated. Also, you have to drive like 5 Km south to go north (or cross through the slum)

I was pretty skeptical about staying here at first! But every thing turned out awesome. They checked us in 2 hours early. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and polite. The rooms are outdated but everything looked clean. I normally undo the bed to check for any bugs. We had an awesome city view and it was very nice and quiet. Taxi always available. Had breakfast at their restaurant. Food was ok. But everyone there was very nice and friendly. We had a late flight and wanted to kill time in Tonalá. They offered to keep our luggage free of charge after checkout for a couple of hours. It is kind of out of the way and not within walking distance of anything. Thanks to all the staff! Everyone was nice, friendly and professional.
