Couldn’t sleep

Everybody was very nice except we got back to the hotel at like one in the morning, the bar across the street had a live band and we could not sleep. We ended up asking for a different room. They accommodated us really quick, but we had no idea that was a bar across the street.

a mi familia le encanto lo cercano que tiene en el centro, pero la habitacion que nos dieron en los dos momentos que nos quedamos se escuchaba mucho ruido en la noche, restaurante esta bien a secas, pero el servicio es excelente.

El hotel está remodelado, pero nuestra habitación era doble y solo había una toalla, en los alrededores del hotel una propiedad está en obra y había ruido terrible. No es apta para discapacitados, ya que del estacionamiento a la habitación se camina mucho y se suben varios escalones, no hay rampa. Y lo ¡peor!, fue que la habitación la dieron a dos clientes; es decir, a las 3 pm llegaron unos huéspedes, dejaron sus pertenencias dentro del closet y al llegar nosotros como 9 de la noche no las vimos y llegamos directo a dormir. Más tarde llegaron los primeros huéspedes y entraron sin problema, por tener llave también. Lo cual nos generó un exabrupto tremendo. Nos quejamos y los recepcionistas ni siquiera tuvieron algo de pena, solamente que fue un error humano, pero y ¿de qué les sirve su software y su sistema de reservas? No hubo ningún tipo de gratificación por parte del hotel por el mal rato.

Cuenta con estacionamiento cerrado y seguro, hay que entrar por la calle de atrás, no por la entrada principal y de alli hay entrada a la recepción. Todo el personal es muy amable, la habitación es amplia, el baño super grande y con agua caliente y fria. El restaurante tiene platillos que sirven muy bastos , ricos y económico. Todo es nuevo, la cama es colchon firme, en nuestro caso nos gusto y dormimos muy comodos. Todo estuvo muy limpio y las toallas gruesas y blancas. Hay lugares cerca que por la noche tienen musica alta, solo pide en recepción habitación sin ventana para que no tengas ruidos.

El Hotel aun esta en Constitución en las areas comunes ahi un poco de tierra pero el hotel esta muy bien descansas y todo bien en el centro de la cd de Guadalajara
