A Hop, Skip and a Jump from the Airport

It was very pleasant, I truly enjoyed my stay. Very close to the airport, which was perfect for a 5AM flight. Friendly staff and hot water in the shower. what more can anyone hope to ask for then these small creature comforts. They can expect to see me again at this establishment soon.

I had a quiet night and it was easy to check in. Also, Iike the free ride to the airport. The breakfast could use a little improvement even though it's free. I think some cereal and wheat bread could make a difference.

Getting to the hotel was very crazy. I expected to see the name "Marriott" but it was in such small lettering that I missed it. I guess I should have been looking for "City Express" instead of Marriott. The staff was great, very friendly. The rooms are super small. Expect the beds to be small, yes there are two but they are twin size. It was clean enough, the rooms are just not up to the Marriott standard. The hotel is on the side of a very busy street and getting to it is difficult. I got lost in the process of getting there and one has to go a long way to turn around. Even when I was on the street leading to the hotel, I missed it and had to back up to the hotel entrance. There is nothing else around. No restaurants, no stores. We were able to order room service for food. I would not stay here again.

HOTEL THAT FELT LIKE A MOTEL

i would like some kind of compensation in the form of a refund. the rooms were tiny, no closet, no fridge, smelled, there was a purifier in our room due to smells. the carpets were the color black and didnt get vacummed. the toilet water was yellow. the food was salty for breakfast. the over stay was not pleasant and it's in an industrial area far from everything. the toilet holder kept falling in the garbage can in the bathroom. the staff was nice at least.

Had reserved a few months in advance, (2 rooms) I had tried to call hotel to confirm my reservation a few days before (no one ever answered phone.) when we arrived they only found one reservation. I showed them my receipt from Expedia but that wasn’t enough. We had just flown in, so it was a little frustrating that my other family member couldn’t get her room. We left to eat (while manager looked for an email verifying my reservation. We came back in the evening (in between all of this , called Expedia, they were going to move us to another hotel, they also tried to reach hotel.) Finally thanks to the evening staff, they found the paperwork and we were given the other room. I wanted to thank them when we checked out, but it seems they thought I was going to say something different. I was glad it worked out. The manager never came out to apologize for the inconvenience. All of the other staff was very nice. There is a lot of construction going on right now, so getting in and out is a little challenge. Once the highway is fixed it will be nice. Would I give it another try? Yes, everyone deserves a second chance. Everything else was fine except the snag checking in.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. Rooms are way too small. If you’re passing the night, I guess it’s doable, but for an actual stay of more than a day - don’t do it!
