"Honestly, from the moment we arrived it wasn’t even anything appealing because as soon as I arrive, the guy in the front desk was extremely rude. Gives us a groom with zero amenities, even though I pay for every amenity, he gave us a room with no AC at complained and they gave us another room with no AC couldn’t get any sleep was too loud in the hotel. If you’re looking on spending money on something worth it, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"Our stay at Hotel Morales Historic & Colonial Downtown Core was exceptional. The hotel’s beautifully preserved historic architecture creates an elegant atmosphere that perfectly reflects the charm and culture of Guadalajara.
The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of outstanding restaurants, historic landmarks, and the Mi Tren light rail system, making it effortless to explore the city.
Our room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The Smart TV with cable, Amazon, and Netflix was a thoughtful modern touch that complemented the hotel’s historic ambiance.
One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free.

"This hotel is very good overall, You can't beat the value. I have stayed here a few times. Great location. There are a few minor items, the towels use to be white, they are very tight with bottle water, the coffee at the restaurant needs to improvement, Overall I do recommend it and will definitely come back."
