"What stood out most of all to me was how all the associates were so nice, welcoming and very hospitable. The hotel is very nice, clean and very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to any attractive location. I love to walk so I walk to everywhere but if you don’t, one thing that also surprised me is that the city has a program which hotels give a voucher to every visitor which allows you to use the public transportation for free within the city of Geneva during your whole stay. The only negative of the hotel to me was the breakfast. It cost 19.50 Swiss Franc, about $25 which is not bad but there’s not much to offer, the selection of food is very minimal making this price a little bit hefty. I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of traveller: solo, like me, family or group. "
"Hotel is very convenient to public transportation. Just steps from main train station and several bus and tram stops. The hotel is older but clean and comfortable. We also had a fantastic view of the city. "
"We were accommodated in 3 rooms. All were great and after an issue with our booking source, the hotel corrected and exceeded our expectations! Will stay there again!"
"Great location. Very close to historical attraction, lake and shopping. Good for a walking weekend away.
Hotel was very well appointed and earns the 5* rating easily. Staff are very approachable and assist with restaurant reservations with no trouble at all. "
