"Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it. I would not recommend sleeping here, but it has definitely become my go-to hotel to get ready in for shows at the Caverns in Pelham. "

"-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley parking for a fee."

"Pool was black from winter. Owner was a jerk. Parked in an unloading spot, with signs for unloading, he demanded we move "right now". Car covered in tarp was blocking the actual unloading parking spot."
