"The location is excellent, scenic, perfect for families. The children (lots of them of young age) were well behaved. The hotel and surrounding area has many things for young kids and for adults. The meals (optional) were excellent at the brasserie. We did not try the restaurant with 4 course meal. The library was a beautiful room in which to work (or play board games) with a glass of wine. "We booked a Superior Double Room based on the Expedia advertisement that we would have a balcony or patio. Once we arrived, we were informed that the Superior Double Rooms have a balcony OR bathtub, and we were put in a room with a tub. I had also messaged the property to ensure we had a balcony/patio and to check on parking. They never responded, and when we arrived the staff informed us that the person who responds was off that day. Buyer beware…check out the hotel on their website and call if...
