「We stayed in the 1706 apartment and wow what a place I am a regular guest at this hotel it’s always my go to place when in preston wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else always very high standard in all areas thank you again! 」

「The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again 」

「Very close to the centre, with restaurants and cafés. The self catering in the house was great too. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was a great living area downstairs too! The host, was very good. He organised an earlier time for us to get into the house and his directions were brilliant. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!」
