「I would rate this lower if I could. When we first checked in, the man working the night shift told us we were not allowed anymore pillows or blankets unless it was an emergency because they were a sold out hotel. Our room had one very thin blanket, so we froze the entire night. He did give us another pillow after I explained that my boyfriend has trouble breathing and needed to be propped up. You could tell he was very annoyed because he was on a phone call on his personal phone with someone and...

「The room was very nice. Called and asked if it was possible to check in early was told no because the manager likes you to check in at 3. I stated okay. I arrived after 3 pm since i had to go somewhere because i arrived at 1130am. Called next morning just to get 1 hour extended was told no because no housekeeping offered to pay extra. It was still a no. B」

「Room had Ants, heat wouldn't stop running, shower drain Very slow so stood in water. Breakfast was good. Hot tub has 1 working jet. Pool ok. 」

「Everything about my experience here was enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to update the clothing iron in room, and maybe update the bathroom sinks. Otherwise, nothing but good here.」
