The room was perfect and I have worked in the hotel industry, and I want to recognise Alexis and Kevin for being so hospitable, knowledgeable and prompt. They truly made the experience memorable. 「Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Ambiance conviviale, chambre confortable. Dans la chambre double se trouvent deux fauteuils, une petite table basse, une salle de bains équipée, de multiples rangements. Je n'ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner par manque de temps car j'étais en déplacement professionnel. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bonne localisation : plusieurs cafés et restaurants à proximité, ainsi que la cathédrale ou le Gros-Horloge. Je recommande ! Seul point...

「Travelled by motorbike, so really liked the security of the automatic gate. We were met on arrival by very friendly and helpful person. Room was great with lots of facilities, even including a coffee machine with pods provided. Breakfast of croissant and baguette brought to room with local jams. Nice quiet area with nearby local shops, cafe, bar and restaurant. Would definitely use again.」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
