"Check in queue takes time, they should have put more staff to accommodate clients faster. Upon checking in our room looks like not that ready to be occupied as there were no bathrobe, slippers, and towels. Tried to call thrice the operator to request for it but not picking up so ended up that my husband went down the lobby to request for it. Not our first time checking in and we’re quite satisfied with our previous experience here but this time our expectations were not really met and it’s more of disappointed."

"Once again Horizon did not fail to impress! We booked a day before mother’s day so we wake up to the day at Horizon. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a pleasant surprise of special welcome cheesecake, chocolates scented pillow relaxation spray and a welcome note! They truly went above and beyond on our special request and definitely had an amazing mother’s day stay🍰🎉🍾"

"This is an old building and it has been a few years since I last stayed there. It was pleasing to see there has been a huge amount of work upgrading the building and facilities. The place is not flash but it is comfortable and central to Auckland CBD. I would stay there again should the need arise"
