「Breakfast was impeccable! Rooms and cleaning were as expected. Beds were too firm and both my girlfriend and I felt it the next morning even though we both normally sleep on firm mattresses. 」

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem. Self check in was not working is a downside Can not adjust temperature is not really for customers who comes from Asia and tend to need warmer temperatures in the room Within easy walking distance to terminals. 」

「The hotel has potential, but there are areas that could be improved. The wardrobe only provided hangers for shirts and jackets, but none suitable for trousers. The room itself was very dim in the evening, making it impossible to use the full-length mirror properly. At the front desk, the service felt unfriendly. When I asked for assistance in calling a local restaurant, as I did not have a local number, the staff seemed reluctant to help. I also tried breakfast at the hotel restaurant....

「The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.」
