「Great central city location. We loved the pool and spa. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as the room seemed in need of a more deep clean ie. under beds, bathroom mirror, bathroom tiles. Guest in the room above us kept us awake with loud stomping for hours on one of the nights. One lift was out of order but there were two others. Well equiped kitchen but would have been nice to have a few more utensils etc and a tea towel to be able to use it properly. On-site parking is $40 valet only,...

「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」

「位置就在市中心非常棒的地點，出來左轉就有貢茶（珍珠奶茶）超市、麥當勞都在這條街上。浴室內有身體乳液，洗髮精、沐浴乳都有提供，房間內有保險箱和「微波爐」都是非常棒的，晚上肚子餓隨時都可以加熱食物。 唯一的缺點我會說是網路，免費提供的網路速度非常慢，傳送40張照片要給家人都傳不出去，只能開自己的行動網路，要付費一天9元紐幣左右，才會有升級的網路… 另外在我們退房的那一天早上9點，被陌生男子直接用房卡開門，但因為我只穿內衣褲就沒把門整個打開看那人的長相，所以無法確定他是不是飯店的打掃人員或是被其他旅客用房卡打開我們的門！！」

「We’ve stayed here a few times now. Actually better and quieter than more expensive hotels in the city. It’s a 4 minute walk to Courtney place. The staff member I spoke to on Saturday was awesome. 」

「We lived in the Quest Wellington apartment from Wednesday evening and left early on Sunday morning. That's 4 nights stay, but only had our apartment vacuumed once, but on the whole, the ladies did a wonderful job replenishing the essentials in the apartment. Thank you to them for looking after us well.」

「Zero service if one checks in late, otherwise concierge service during office hours is excellent. Shower is very high risk for those unaware of the slippery floor, worst design ever conceived. Otherwise room extremely comfortable and totally sound proofed. 」

「We were travelling with two small children so I was worried that we would feel squished, especially once the portacot was up. But that wasn't the case at all, we had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable and it was a well set up space. Little things like nespresso machine and milk frother were great!
