「This is not going to be a favorable review, and this is the only time I have left a negative review of a hotel. But this hotel stay was awful. The room we ended up with was not the same as the pictures presented at the time of reservation. There was not a "bar area" in the kitchen, nor did we have the counter space in the bathroom shown in the pictures. 「Horrible Management staff」

「Pay to park, didn't see that anywhere until I l99k at my bank account. They changed me2 times, called them and then was told they only charged me once. Received credit for one. A week later I've been charged again for the same thing and yet was told very rudely by the person on the phone they only charged me once and was credited. But yet 2 additional charges have been deducted. Now to the room itself. Everything was ok except shower/tub was not up to parquet and hair in that area wasn't...
