"Check in process was good, room was clean, and my stay was nice. Furniture was simple, linens were updated, and walls are nicely painted. No frills or latest upgrades in esthetics if that’s what is important to you. "

"This was a DEPENDABLE and QUALITY stay. There were plenty of staff on hand which is excellent and ran line hotels are SUPPOSED to run. We had handicap access and were capable of bringing the dogs which was great. We appreciated Best Western was capable of accommodating us. The only thing is the giant pot hole when driving into the facility. Someone needs to get that fixed before someone loses a tire on that. Breakfast was normal. We were happy with it. No complaints except for a spider in the room but it’s the season for them to be coming out so…"

"Nothing fancy, but nothing icky. My daughter and I had a one night stay for an event at ECU and this room was perfect. The suite style made it possible for her to get glammed and me to eat breakfast and get ready at the same time. The Walmart market across the street is great for fetching a little snack or drinks. Would definitely stay again."
