"The hotel was dirty as soon as you walked in. We reserved a room with two queen beds. The room they gave us only had two full size beds. They said that’s the only size they had other than a king. Then the fridge and tv didn’t work in our room. The smoke detector and fire alarm also didn’t work. We stayed the first night but the second night they had music playing so loud you could hear it on the sixth floor. At 10pm we gave up and moved to a nicer hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again and hope this review helps others to stay away!!!"

"Raj was very helpful when I was looking for a fork at 11 pm. Refrigerator in the room was not working although it was plugged in. "

"Parking lot was spacious. My room wasn’t ready until 4pm when I specified I’d be there by 3pm. Even by 4pm, the housekeeper wasn’t finished cleaning the room and needed to come back while I unpacked. The side door of the hotel was broken and I felt uncomfortable knowing anyone could walk through the door at any given time. Breakfast was mid, there weren’t very many options left at 8:30 when I arrived (sign says breakfast until 9:30). Lastly, I didn’t like being asked when I planned to leave. If check out is at 11am, I’ll be out by 11am. It comes off as rude and rushed when the room wasn’t ready when I got to the hotel, yet the company wants to know when I’m leaving. I will not be back"

"First let me say I was completely disappointed from the moment I walked in. The first thing I was greeted with was the pure odor of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The hallways were filled with loud noises all night and upon arriving at my room my key did not work. The room itself was filthy from the dirty microwave and refrigerator to the unswept floors and filthy bathroom with a leaky shower. Their was only one towel laying on a dirty sink and for the price and what was described as a king suite it was the smallest room i have ever paid for. When I went to check out the front desk woman asked me how my stay was I told her it was horrible and she said and I quote ok thank you bye. "

"Easy parking and check in. The hotel is obviously old, but the newer shower was nicer than hotels in this range. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast selection. Pool a d hot tub were nice but area could get noisy in the evening hours with kids taking over the pool and hot tub area. "

"Things were broken in room, ice machine on floor broken, paint chips all over floor, window ledge peeling, no restaurant as advertised had to pay to park in hotel garage and pay $25 more "
