Independent Greenville hotels

"We stayed overnight for an appointment the next day in the area. It was a lovely stay. We had drinks & lunch in the bar but went out to dinner because it was Sunday and the restaurant was closed. The food and service in the bar area were great! My complaint is that we left clothes in the closet and we called right away after leaving. We left 3 messages so that someone can ship back our items at our expense. We did not receive 1 call back. That is poor customer service! What an amazing place to have that bad of customer service at the front desk. "

"The Hotels.com stated check-in was 3pm, but it wasn’t until 4pm. I received a text that my room was ready and you follow the virtual instructions. My door code didn’t come through so I had to call to receive my door code, which was texted to me. The location was so convenient to Ready Falls, restaurants, and shops. It was nice having a lot a kitchen and laundry to use. However, the bed was uncomfortable like a futon and the bathroom door did not latch. "
