This property is right next door to Cracker Barrel which is very convenient. A lot of older people find this very handy when traveling. However the walkway is not handicap accessible and was very difficult to get to by wheelchair. It is too dangerous to walk on the roadway pushing a wheelchair. A wheelchair friendly walkway would be ideal. Thank you for considering this.

Overall hotel was clean. Elevator was a little sketchy in the way it worked. Rooms were clean but very humid. Felt wet all the time. Breakfast was yuck. But Cracker Barrel was next door so we went there. Front desk was very nice. They had internet problems when we arrived so they were a little stressed but not their fault. But good stay overall.
The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Had all basic needs met in a clean environment. The only issue we had was airflow. It’s pretty musty after showers. Other than that, all was well.

Quick one night stay
The room overall was very good. Very comfortable bed. The room was also clean and maintained. The problem area was the common areas. I went into the lobby bathroom and they were out of both paper products. I stooped to eat breakfast and they were out of eggs and the serving counter was filthy. All of the staff we met were great. I waited around for more eggs to be served, but finally left without eating any.
Great location for RTJ trip. 10 minutes away, safe location, nice facilities, restaurants very close, and good breakfast buffet. Night desk mgr was very helpful.
I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was that I planned to use the car charger. This hotel has a number os Tesla Superchargers, which is the only charger I can't use. It would be nice if they had some level 2 chargers for non-Tesla cars.
It would also be good if Hotels.com listed the type of chargers at a hotel.

I like that the staff was very nice...the room was very clean an nice overall me an my family enjoyed our stay at the Hampton inn...an also the food was good
Seems like when I book a Hampton through Expedia I always get stuck in a special needs room or by the elevator as punishment. This special needs room was bad. The shower leaked water constantly all over the bathroom floor. Always wet.
Seems new. Fresh overall. Easy access and parking. Very clean. Some considerations:
*Water tastes terrible-bring your own
*If up early hot water takes 10-15 minutes to arrive
*Only one bar of soap provided
*Breakfast bar quite small, seating curious, coffee weak
We have stayed here many times and it’s always great! Room is always clean and bed is always very comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making our trip great!
Bed was amazing and the room was clean. However, we drove 4 1/2 hours promising the kids we would swim as soon as we arrived only to find out the pool was closed. We should receive some type of discount for not being advised in advance.
