"Property should have disclosed renovation conditions! Part of the parking spaces taken up by construction and demolition items, raw wall, broken floor tiles, elevator had hole in wall cover and crunchy floor. No signs to acknowledge disrepair! The outside edifice matches the decor expected but the interior makes me feel like Motel 6 had more to offer!! The breakfast was very subpar for the brand’s typical quality. For what was paid I was better off at a different hotel or even motel. The room was ok… missing typical complimentary toiletries. I definitely paid more for less on this rsvp…"

"My wife and I were in Greenville for a federal trial which was a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Staff was great, hotel was very nice (quaint and slightly worn but well within what I would consider "character"), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a workout room but we certainly enjoyed the breakfast, the terrace, and the proximity to the courthouse."
