「This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue. 「The room was very hot. There was only a thick duvet on the bed, so if you’re like me (I need to be covered when I sleep) it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, no fans provided to cool down the room. A second issue were the toilets. In order to fully flush the toilet (which is required when travelling) you had to pull the handle past 45 degrees with quite a bit of pressure. 「The room was fairly small. The bed was very UNCOMFORTABLE. We couldn’t change rooms as they were sold out. However, it probably wouldn’t have made a difference. There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There’s no ice machine. We went to the bar to get ice, and were given a small bucket with about 4cups of ice. The restaurant is on the expensive side, and not great options. Overall 2/5 experience.」
