「Friendly staff」

「The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. I can’t be the only one who dislikes loose hairs in a hotel room (or anywhere for that matter). It was not dirty, it just...

「Ali checked us in and we arrived late at night and tired. He was friendly and polite. Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. Great job young man! The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes. It appeared clean but I needed something to wipe down the equipment after I used...

「I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t get a better rating. It was clean, comfortable, easily located. The desk lady was very nice. The pool looked great and breakfast was delish. I like that they use full bottles for shampoo, conditioner and lotion, eco friendly. The double queen room was really spacious. I’d stay here, again, in a minute. 」

「The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance...
