「Cute little place and a great value. It had everything we needed. Very walkable to restaurants and the University of Dayton. 」

「We loved staying here! We brought our dogs who enjoyed having the run of the fenced in yard. Kitchen fully equipped. TV in every bedroom. Laundry, cleaning, and toiletries stocked. Quiet street to sit on the back deck or porch and take in the country sounds all while being a quick walk off the main street.」

「Great」

「집이 너무 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 출장차 묵었는데 연장을 못한게 아쉽네요. 집주인도 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다.」

「It was located near to the event we were attending which made it convenient. It was generally clean and well kept. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well (no steak knives, no broiler pan, 2 small skillets, no large mixing bowls or cutting board, only glasses and ceramic plates without an option for littler kids to use easily and safely). It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host quickly responded when we needed additional paper products and hand soap.」

「The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!」

「Location was wonderful with easy access and close to shopping. The kitchen needed a few more items but it’s ok. The basement bedroom is very noisy with the upstairs flooring creaking and no sound deafening in place. Could not sleep, but otherwise was great.」
