「This was a graduation celebration trip for my son. We had a great time! Be very careful though cooking outisde on the grill and eating. We did have a bear walk out of the woods on us and we had to run inside. The bear got to enjoy our hotdogs. The cabin was great!」

「Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly」

「We really enjoyed our 1 night stay! We only stayed 1 night because we had another hotel room back near nashville, but we decided to make the drive to Gatlinburg for 1 night. Beautiful balcony view, easy parking and walkable to everything. We would definitely return for another vacation! Staff was helpful and kind.」
