"Stayed from Jun 28-Jul 6. The thing that stood out the most was the STAFF! Give them all a raise! I’m not speaking in terms of being treated like a King or Queen, but the staff really made you feel welcome! They’re so helpful in every way! Also, maybe I’m biased because Filipinos are just the nicest, hospitable, and friendliest people on the planet :) We LOVE the property and the location is just EXCELLENT! Central to a lot of places! We booked a 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite and it was perfect! Spacious and well maintained! I loved how it has a washer/dryer so I was able to do laundry before we left for our next leg of vacation. If we’re back in Manila, we will absolutely stay here again and will highly recommend this to friends/family who will be visiting! My husband can’t stop raving about this place!"

"The room was very clean but the sliding bathroom door in the bedroom was stuck and would not slide to close. I found this out in the evening, so I did not even bother to notify the staff. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful."
