「We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter」

「I read at least the reviews of more than 20 similar level hotels near it and finally chose this one. It turned out to be a very smart choice.
The staff is very friendly and it is overall very clean, I mean the whole hotel. The bed is very comfortable, beyond my expectations.
The room is relatively quite. If you don't want to be bothered by the cars outside, you could ask for a room facing their courtyard.
There is no breakfast but they provide 3 kinds of coffee. Of course tean and hot water.」
