"AC was on and my room was cool upon arrival. Staff was quick to answer call when I needed help to find a light switch. There was no one at the desk when I checked out and I could not find a drop box so I just left my key card on the counter."

Motto by Hilton Washington DC Downtown

Motto by Hilton Washington DC Downtown

10/10 Excellent
"We love staying at Motto by Hilton micro hotels. The rooms are small, but well designed and functional. The design and furniture is always interesting and the lobbies and restaurants have been fantastic, this one is no exception. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Marcus, and seemed to enjoy their job (rare these days). Added bonus is the awesome free toiletries by Basd!"
