「This is a WONDERFUL resort! It's in a wonderful setting, near a fun town, and the staff is great. Newman's restaurant, part of the resort, is the best restaurant I've had the privilege of enjoying in several years. A bit pricey, but worth the price. My standard for 5 stars is generally Four Seasons hotels and resorts. If Four Seasons operated a very small boutique inn, this would be it.」

「The staff was very friendly and check-in in time I had an interaction with them. The AC was on in my room and then it was nice and cool when I arrived. The motel was clean all over.」

「The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful but the computors were down so we never got a key to our room also the shower doors were very hard to open and close. But beside that everything else was great.」

「Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs. This place must have been awesome 100 years ago. Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. 「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. 「I was bamboozled with the photos of the room, it didn't look like the photos, it was run down first of all and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and when someone did come to the desk he was half asleep and asked for our identification then it took him 15 minutes to get the repeated speech out of his mouth about rules and regulations of that badly needed a remodel and renovations immediately dump of a motel, when we got to the room OMG!
