「This is a WONDERFUL resort! It's in a wonderful setting, near a fun town, and the staff is great. Newman's restaurant, part of the resort, is the best restaurant I've had the privilege of enjoying in several years. A bit pricey, but worth the price. My standard for 5 stars is generally Four Seasons hotels and resorts. If Four Seasons operated a very small boutique inn, this would be it.」

「Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs. This place must have been awesome 100 years ago. Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. 「The room was clean, but you could still smell cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. only If you're a smoker, you'll be fine at this property because everywhere you go, there are people smoking. Someone even decided to leave their dirty socks in the parking spot next to us. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned once while we were eating, and it was dirty, with some people 'packing' multiple plates and cups, which left the breakfast bar empty. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, but for one...
