Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very cute property in a quieter part of the island, but very close to Fira by bus so it's easy to navigate the whole island. There's also a family if very sweet cats that like to hang out by the pool

Lovely people, quiet place, delicious breakfasts
This is a resort hotel about 1.5 km from Fira (easily walkable). The pool is clean and well kept. The staff are sooo friendly, professional and accommodating (if exhausted). The breakfasts are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Delicious and plentiful and really us up for a days walking or swimming or doing nothing. The village itself has a few nice restaurants and we found it a welcome sanctuary from the maddening crowds of tourists visiting Fira and Oia. Just to note some of the guests appeared to be quite rude and very demanding to the staff. 5* does not mean staff are there to kiss your feet! WIFI was great in our room but others did complain, so it may not suit people wanting to stream (no problem with email etc ). Great value for money in our opinion, we would happily stay there again. :)

Love this place ! Very close to Fira (5-min drive)
The unit has a nice private pool and balcony. Very close to Fira within 5 mins drive. The breakfast was great and pool was within door steps. Only thing is the unit has only one bathroom for 6 of our guest to share. Sandra were very accommodating and very proactice to help us solve amenities issues within minutes. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is on a quiet street, but only a 10 min walk to the busier area and spot for local buses.. so that we great for me. Although I was not satisfied with having a tub in the middle of the room and the wifi and my own phone network internet did not work in the room .. the pool was great and the most important part of my stay there was my experience with the staff.. Management and Front desk were nice but my best experiences were with Mateos and Niktarios.. They were so kind and helpful. As someone travelling alone to Santorini, they ensured I had all the right information and everything I needed to optimize my experience on the island. They made my experience excellent. Thank You Guys!

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were all well greeted by the staff and were ushered to our room. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met as the room we were put in was nothing like the pictures we saw when we first made our reservation on Expedia (the room was very dirty and not cleaned. Ex: hair and food crums on the floor). No Wifi (a comodity supposedly included)! The manager told us that they can't take pictures of all the 42 rooms... (the pictures are included here). Usually hotels should be honest while publishing their deals online, instead they didn't even take responsibility for this. The room was anything close to a 5 star hotel room as they claim to be... we were basically put in a concierge room downstairs! Otherwise, when we took the room on Expediam, a laudry service was included in the package. Unfortunately, they told us that we had to pay for each item separatly (ex: 4 euros for underwear, 10 euros for shirts etc.). They tried to make a deal for us but we learned the next day that nothing could be done. The pool area was nice, and the area quite clean and serene. The staff was overall nice and friendly. The food was far from being good. Breakfast was served at around 8h15, but was alway cold. Juice was very diluted and undrinkable. Eggs were soggy and soaked in oil. Deserts were okay. One of the staff members told us that we can't drink water from the reception since it's only reserved for breakfast (we had to pay for water at the bar!)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Good rooms and beds, and the pool area was clean. Only small complaint that the hot tub was not hot during our stay. Bus stop is about a 5 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and although away from the busyness of Thira it was a bit isolated for us - a good half hour walk to the town centre. The breakfast was adequate and the pool very nice. There was no facility in the room for making a hot drink and the dogs barking woke us early. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we liked having a balcony.

The property was clean. The room was spotless. Our room had stairs, maybe not unusual for Santorini, but once you opened the room door there was a flight of stairs on the way up into the sky, bringing the luggage up was out of the question. The property location was from me a bit out of the way. Okay for a night or two.

Everything was good outside of the room that was assigned to us first, The first room didn't have Wi-fi connection and the TV didn't work, after my complaint we were mover to another room which was much better.

This is not a 4 star it’s more of 2 star, not a bad hotel just an average hotel, the rooms aren’t great, they should really advertise the star rating lower so that they can control expectations of guest. But helpful staff, nice breakfast, beautiful pool and bar.

This was great for our stay in Santorini. It’s a short walk into town (about 15 mins), however the area boasts lots of little eateries and corner shop for your needs. The pool and staff were fabulous! The rooms are simple & spacious (we got upgraded however I wasn’t initially aware) which is all you need if you’re always out and about. Cleanliness was great minus the first day were the floor was dusty around the bed. Highly recommended & would stay again!

Beautiful, quiet oasis on this island paradise
Maistros is a beautiful resort in a quiet village on the island very close to the busy and touristy Fira. It has a beautiful pool area, clean, comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast, and very kind and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful stay and were able to see most parts of the island from this central location. I would strongly recommend Maistros for your Santorini adventure.

Everything was perfect. The room was great, we had our own pool. The location was convenient. Plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The staff as helpful with transfers and suggesting tours. The bar also offered happy hour.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was clean and the pool was nice. The area was within walking distance of restaurants. The beds were a little stiff and only one pillow but besides that everything was pleasant.

Pool was fabulous and the staff were the best. However, the rooms were a little unfinished in that unique Greek way and some thought needs to be given to completing the lighting. Road noise was excessive in the front apartments. Lunch and dinner was superb but the Breakfast chef needs to be sacked!

The pool was nice, staff was nice. Cleaning staff left cleaning supplies "chlorine" in a water bottle that they serve us in our room. Ended up spending a few hours in the hospital after my husband drank it due to the water bottle being the same next to our other waters left in the room. BE CAREFUL when you drink from water bottles here. Front desk booked an excursion for us and booked the wrong day - might be better off calling to arrange those yourself but otherwise the stay was ok. Would likely opt for a different resort. After hospital visit was complete the hotel did pay for my husbands visit, upgraded our room (which wasn't really an upgrade) and turned everything into an "all inclusive" trip for us so they were trying to correct the mistake.

Dear customer, We apologize for the maid's mistake to forget about the bottle with the glass cleaner and not chlorine in your room as you incorrectly write in your comment as we do not use chlorine in our hotel. Although it made us feel comfused you were drinking from a stranger a bottle with red letters, we preventively went to the health center where your doctors looked at you and assured us that you did not drown, and yet we asked that you take all the preventive measures for your health. After that we made you a free upgrade to a suite from the standard room that you booked and gave you the opportunity to consume that you want at our hotel at no charge, which you took advantage. Great for the Price! We loved it!
It's lovely and in a good location just a bit outside of Fira. Wifi only really works by the pool/lobby area, but we didn't mind to disconnect while on vacation. Pool is beautiful but only open from 11am - 8pm. Included breakfast is fine, but the earlier you arrive the hotter the food is. Lunch/Dinner (paid) is AMAZING. This place has the BEST Greek Salad on the island. It's about a 20-30 minute walk into Fira, but there are car rental places VERY close (feel free to barter!). Staff are simply amazing, and took care of everything very well. They will also help you book tours/taxis around the island. We ended up REALLY enjoying being outside of Fira a bit, as it was quiet and so relaxing. Places in Fira/Oia look incredible in photos/videos until you realize that tourists are constantly admiring your hotel right in front of your door/pool. Something to think about.

I couldnt have picked a better hotel for my needs in Santorini. It was perfectly located to everything and extremely clean. But the best part was Anthony. He gave me recommendations that worked out perfectly. What places to see, restaurants to visit and how to get around the island. He was very accomadating and made my trip from great, to amazing. When I visit Santorini again I will be sure to stay at Maistros. Thank you Anthony for your hospitality! Efcharisto!

Weather great, breakfast not good enough, same thing every day. Location ok. people at the hotel GREAT! Hotel room horrible. bathroom horrible.
