Staff couldn’t care if I was there or not, didn’t answer questions about things to do, I was disappointed with staff, and impressed by property and views…. I would not recommend this place, nor consider it again!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff and service were amazing and we were able to be in the heart of Oia to take in all the sites. The stairs were steep and windy to access this villa and definitely was not wheelchair access friendly. I would recommend for a getaway!

If you’re looking for a hotel with the Santorini view, this is it. The hotel itself is beautiful. Hanging off the cliff, white, cave like. Room was spacious. There were a couple of issues with the room; shower was backing up & toilet seat kept coming off when sat on. It was disappointing for the price paid. Staff was welcoming upon arrival, then they disappear. There are several steps to get to the hotel. If you’re physically challenged in any way, this can be dangerous & difficult. Porters will carry your luggage for you, but be sure they carry not drag on the cobblestone streets as it will ruin your luggage wheels. Breakfast was ok, the view made up for it. The location of Ouia is very busy & touristy. If I did it again I would stay in Fira.

Excellent hotel
It has excellent views to the ocean, comfortable room and amenities, due to the end of season we got 4 upgrades in our room, got our inside jacuzzi, management is great, provided a lot of info about what to do and where to go… we are greatfull that they send somebody to to where we parked to help to carry our luggage, then we had a bottle of cava on our bed… highly recommended to couples.

This hotel is beautiful, great staff and very clean. The stairs down the property are very steep and slippery. If someone had mobility issues, this hotel would not be ideal!

Beware that this property is built into the hillside and the stairs are very steep. It's a hike to get to your room and the stairs at night can be dangerous. If you have trouble with balance or managing a significant number of stairs, do not stay here. I saw several older guests struggling. I'm glad a I did stayed at this location when I was in good health and decent shape. Otherwise, the property is in an excellent locations, rooms are nice

Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you arrange a time you will be there they have guys who help carry your luggage! That was amazing!! It is very steep and lots of stairs to get to the hotel but the view is worth it!!

We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon trip. It was Perfect, is located at the heart of Santorini , close to all restaurants , blue domes and the main boulevard. Be prepared to walk and take lot of steps to get to your room , do not wear high heels!! Our room was very private and our morning Caldera sea view felt like taken from a movie. It is pricey but is once in a lifetime experience, highly recommend it.

Caldera Premium Villas was excellent quality for a reasonable price. The service was outstanding, and the location/view was great. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Yes - there are stairs (you are staying in the side of a cliff - what do you expect?) but they are TOTALLY worth it. Highly recommend.

Walkable to tourist sites....quiet, breathtaking views from the pool and breakfeast area...unique cave dwelling room. The walk to the hotel from atop the main path very daunting. Very, long, steep on cobble stones. Borderline dangerous if not careful. And walking up to the main road exhausting, especially on a hot day. Even for someone in good shape is tough. Luckily the staff was able to assist with the baggage. Other than than great hotel...

It's a beautiful place. The view, oh the beautiful view! It's very quiet and clean. However, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for elderly people since it has a lot of stairs going up and down. ♥️

We stayed as a group of 4 for one night at a Family suite. The place was very clean, stylish and the beds a dream. Check in and Breakfast was great. The pool to not for swimming in but that is to be expected at a location like this and so are the stairs. The porters do an amazing job! If you ever go to Santorini treat yourself to a place like this. It’s worth the memories 😊
