"Comfortable stay at Kinn. Staff were friendly and helpful and the accomodation is modern and clean. Great location"

"Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"Everything you could need."

"Wonderful property a few minutes walk from a tube station that gets you right into the center of London in a flash. Property was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day touring the sights in London. "

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! I’m so grateful!! Thank you!! Absolutely...

It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. From day one, this stay was on a path to being a terrible experience. We never got an email with the entry code for the gate. So, we were stuck outside in the cold waiting for someone to answer the phone to let us in or give us the code. When we were finally in the gate, we...
