"Everything was fine, but, the souroundings aré not as safety you can believe, stay aware of a SCAM people trying to robe you telling you that they aré police AND telling you that they a keeping you Safe about a gay that came yo us yo hello g us yo ho for the Best way yo an tourist monumento, in about around the córner, so stay alert, they know theres good people éxiting the Riu Hotel to walk to te orinciple sites of tourism"

"The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other than that the hotel was fabulous!"

"room was a tad hard to locate due to confusing numbering signage so had to go back down and have someone show me where it was but then after that room was good. a bit on the small side but it was just me so all good. Room does not have A/C but a fan was running in the room when I got there and there was water to drink. Water was in a warm room and not refrigerated so didn’t drink it but still a nice touch."

"Everyone at the St. James Court go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. From the doorman out front, especially Leo, to the concierge, Binoit, his colleagues and the folks at the front desk. Let’s not forget the bartenders for your night cap, a fantastic place to stay in London, excellent location!"
