"Booked the Superior room, there was a dead frog in the first room so I was relocated to another one. Roaches were everywhere in both rooms. The rooms only come with 3 towels and housekeeping only came in from 2pm to 4pm. I had to ask the front desk staff for towels 6 times over two and a half days and even then, there was a four hour wait. Area near the hotel is bleak, on a walk to a nearby Waffle House I was accosted by a very large stray dog. There are also many vacant buildings nearby....

"need some work in bathroom as far as where towels go rack was rusted and tv remote was damaged and didn't work well, other than that very clean and quiet place breakfast was Great. "

"The rooms were nice. Pool was clear and clean. Gym works fine. Lobby and entry really nice. My one and only complaint is the breakfast. Management should be embarrassed that they are charging people $21 for a breakfast that you get at a budget hotel for free. Not even worth half the price. Would be 5 stars except that issue. "

"The arrival to our suite was greeted with these gross encounters. We emailed the GM and was hoping for a response, still have not heard back. Don't want anything in return other than acknowledgement towards the housekeeping needing to be better. The rooms were otherwise, in good condition and were very nice and spacious. This was just very ick worthy upon arrival. Syrup on the utensils and previous guest hairs all other the bathroom shower. No thank you."

"Great stay; very helpful and kind staff. Room was immaculate. Rooms cleaned regularly. Will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Houston! Would definitely recommend to anyone on vacation or business, all around just a solid place! Adrian and Irene were the MvP’s of my last minute business trip!"
