"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "Honestamente de todo corazón hay hoteles malo, pero este excedió los límites, el personal es DEMASIADO arrogante te prometo que puedo sacar a menos de 5 personas que tuvieron un excelente servicio y entre ellos son los Bartenders Alberto, Francisco, Blandino y Erick !!!! Bartenders de la barra de la piscina al final. SON LOS ÚNICOS con los que pude compartir y me dieran excelente servicio. Pero el personal es demasiado arrogante y mal trato. Desde el de recepción hasta los room services, yo no volvería otra vez. fuimos un grupo de 12 y honestamente ninguno salió encantado y todos opinan lo mismo del persona y excluyen a los 4 antes mencionando !!!!"
