One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. "My 2nd visit to thus hotel; room 26 this time, and the entire stay was just as good as the 1st time. Staff are friendly and courteous, food is very good (I had dinner and breakfast). The gym was spotless and empty with some decent kit to break off some of the cobwebs after a long day travelling for work. There is free parking outside. I've stayed in a couple of hotels in GY, but this is my regular place now. Very good value for money too!"
