"Absolutely my favorite..no complaints "

"The pool had way too much chlorine in it, although my kids loved being in it, when they came back to the room they ended up feeling like their skin was burning and super itchy and my 9 year old daughter had some issues with her female parts because of the chlorine. You could smell it in the air. There was also no supervision in the pool area either, parents did a bad job of keeping watch of their children. And I don't know if it had to do with where our room was (floor level right next to an exit) but there were kids and people screaming up and down the halls until at least 10pm-11pm. Other then that it was okay. Staff was super nice. The manager at the front desk was great. Overall it was okay!"

"great location, a bit aged but rooms were very clean with good beds, great view of the river. Staff was very nice. Had a bit of party noise at night especially on a Friday."

"Nice hotel. The doorman was the friendliest and always willing to give advice. Cleaning crew never vacuumed the carpet in the room and one day must have forgotten us because nothing was done and wet towels were still on the bathroom floor but front desk sent fresh towels. Elevators were confusing. Took one elevator to check in and then took a different elevator to get to room. Nice location as close to shops, streetcar, and casino"

"The room and location has a great aesthetic and very friendly staff. The only issue we had was the shower head didn’t stay up and the clog for the bathtub did not work. Otherwise everything was great"

"Perfect location close to tons of shops and restaurants. Close to Bourbon St. and Royal St. Historical beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Clean. Daily room service. Super friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it. "
