「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!

「We had a room that was outside entrance. Loved that for the convenience. It was just rather dirty surrounding the enterance of the room. There were also cockroaches outside the whole vicinity of the outside entrance rooms that were near us. The room was clean, no bed bug interaction’s, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and it had more options than anticipated. Check in was smooth and they had great customer service. 」

「The Rocksino in Deadwood, South Dakota is hands-down one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at before. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly.
