This is a stunning property. Professional 5 star style accommodations. Every corner of this property oozes quality! This is a must stop and stay venue!!
We meet our cousins there to celebrate and birthday and 35th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary wine tasting was fun and educational and the wines were superb. Great food and nice relaxing, quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed the hosts.
The place was immaculate, truly sparkling clean. Our room was thoughtfully furnished. We felt pampered and taken care of. Lovely breakfast as well. Really I can't say enough nice things about Claremont Inn.
We were totally surprised with the magnificent Claremont Inn & Winery. Set out in the middle of eastern Colorado, it is a welcome oasis! The room was very clean and well appointed. Although I failed to reserve the wine tasting and dinner through the Inn, they were very accommodating and set up a table for us within minutes. The dinner of pork loin, asparagus and mashed potatoes was delicious! After the appetizer, amazing salad, dinner, and generous portions of wine during the sampling, we didn’t have room for the chocolate dessert, but they sent it with us to our room. We’re already planning our next visit!
Great stop on I-70! My room was beautifully decorated, very delicious breakfast, held me over until dinner 😋. Wine tasting was a real treat, Brad was especially knowledgeable about it.
Outstanding!! Perhaps a more manicured and flower filled front near the entrance but otherwise fantastic and would definitely stay again and try a different room though the Library Room was great!!
Fantastic experience with great service by the owners. B&B is gorgeous and totally unexpected out in eastern Colorado. Great wine tasting with personalized service. Breakfast was great too. Definitely a do-it-again stop.
The room was very nice! It's a unique hotel that has more of a home atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was setup beautifully and very delicious!
The most wonderful thing about Claremont Inn and Winery is that it is an unexpected pleasure to find such a lovely inn after a long, hot drive across Kansas. Who would expect a French-style chateau in Colorado's eastern prairie? Lovely room, good service, and delightful dinner. If you go this fall, be sure to tour the gardens in a hay bale. Amazing veggies and flowers in a desert environment.
Great place to stop between Denver and Kansas City
Passing thru the area enroute to Kansas City. We had stayed at the Claremont Inn many years ago even before current owners were there. Great to see how nicely it has developed.
We did not opt for dinner but had a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Amount of food could be decreased a bit to reduce waste. Maybe allow guests to designate what items they want from the breakfast menu. It was delicious though. We stayed in the Waverly Room and felt like we are at my grandmother's. Comfy and cozy room. Shower stall could use an upgrade but otherwise, perfect. Thanks for a restful stop. We did the wine tasting and bought some wine. Nice gift for a friend and one for ourselves. Give this beautiful place a try . Also check out their schedule of cooking classes each month. What fun that would be?
What a find! It was a destination get away for us, but it would make a great stop if you're driving cross country. It's definitely worth the drive from Denver. The wine tasting was fun, the dinner was very nice and the breakfast was great. The room was beautiful and very comfortable - loved the spa tub. We'll gp back for one of the special events.
One of the nicest B&B I have ever been privileged to stay in. Fantastic food & wine, treated like royalty, and their special treatment did not end with our stay. Do yourself a favor and plan to stay there, be sure to make a reservation for the wine tasting and dining experience.
Our first stay after seeing it along I70 was very impressive! We particularly loved the service we received and true quaintness of the in. Our food was incredible and we had fun tasting the wines too!
What a truly special place. I booked the 'library room' for a surprise getaway for my boyfriend and the whole experience was MAGICAL! The food was amazing, loved the wine tasting was great, service was warm and the atmosphere, oh gosh we LOVED the atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night but we are already planning our return trip!
Wonderfully clean and comfortable rooms with two cushy armchairs, large bathrooms, a mini fridge and comfy bed. We stayed in the Out of Kansas room. The food is high caliber, especially breakfast. My husband must eat gluten free and they accommodated him with stuffed French Toast and gluten free breads just like the regular diners. If you are a celiac, you know how rare this is! We have stayed here twice: once for painting night and once for Murder Mystery Dinner. Both were well organized and lots of fun. Overall a delightful experience!
