「I stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday and quite frankly they ruined me for other hotels. I found out at the end they are a 4 diamond hotel but even with that recognition, they are out of this world when it comes to guest experience. Between pre-trip advice, recognizing me and my family, little surprises to help me celebrate and treating my 6 year old like she was a princess as well, to a seamless check in /checkout the whole experience was phenomenal. Sam, Derrick and Camila were just treasures...

「I arrived after midnight, but had notified the front desk of my arrival window. When I arrived, it took 30 minutes for them to answer the phone and buzz me in (secure building). This was very unfortunate because everything else about my stay was terrific. 」
