"Excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport. Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded expectations. The lobby and common areas were beautiful and well kept, and the room was spotless and very relaxing after a long day of travel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and reliable, which made the trip stress-free. Staff members were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Dulles Airport. The only drawback is the $16 a night parking."

"This is an economy hotel. The stove in my room was rusted. I only stayed 1 night but paid 2. Truly not a great stay but convenient because many places would not let me check in after 10:00 PM and they did."

"Overall the hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The problem we had is the train. It comes out of a tunnel right next to the hotel, it shook our room and was too loud to sleep through. If you are a heavy sleeper, it is very comfortable. If not bring good ear plugs."
